Delaware Nation

This project represents a successful design-build collaboration between Miller Construction, Create4All (C4A), and the Delaware Nation in Anadarko, Oklahoma. The single-story, 18,000-square-foot community center is the second building completed on the Nation's 16-acre campus, located adjacent to the existing Early Childhood Center.

Designed to serve as a central gathering place for the Delaware Nation, the facility includes parking for approximately 200 vehicles, a 500-person multi-purpose event space, a 100-seat dining hall with a full commercial kitchen, and administrative offices for staff. By bringing community events, celebrations, meetings, and daily operations together under one roof, the new community center strengthens connections and supports the Nation's continued growth.

C4A is honored to have partnered with the Delaware Nation and Miller Construction on this meaningful project, creating a lasting community asset that will serve generations to come.
